In 2006, Anandatra conceptualized by the young enterprising member of the Gaikwad family with a strong family support in the form of a large land bank and the educational fields chosen by these young entrepreneurs led to the formation of a construction firm of Anandatra. This existence with a vision to transform the skyline of Pune with a dream of not just constructing Houses but contemporary Homes.

Anandtara has constructed a dream home for more than 1000 families and has several upcoming projects conceptualized on 55 Acres of land adjoining Magarpatta City, which is individually owned by the partners.

Anandatra’s most of expertise is related to liaisoning,  execution, finance and sales achieved in the house through the individual educational areas and talent pool of young partners. Apart from this, areas like liaisoning, sales and marketing, finance site and material management, purchase, etc are jointly carried out by the brothers through proper coordination and communication.

Today through all these resources we have successfully completed various projects on outright land purchase as well as joint venture arrangements in various parts of the city. With a cultivated approach that focuses on customer reliability, quality and transparency. By looking ahead we see new horizons and more eventful milestones to cross.
